Refund Policy – Bennys DMC (India)

At Bennys DMC, we aim to provide transparent and fair refund practices in accordance with applicable Indian laws and industry standards.

1. General Policy

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to our official support channel. Refunds are processed based on the terms agreed at the time of booking and the policies of third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, transport operators, etc.).

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on:

  • The type of service booked (tour package, hotel, transport, etc.)
  • Cancellation timelines
  • Supplier-specific cancellation policies
  • Non-refundable components (if any) disclosed at booking

Certain services may be non-refundable, especially:

  • Promotional or discounted bookings
  • Last-minute bookings
  • Airline tickets with restrictive fare rules

3. Cancellation Charges

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to changes in government taxes, fuel costs, exchange rates, or supplier pricing.
  • The final confirmed price will be communicated before booking confirmation.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

The following standard cancellation charges may apply:

  • More than 15 days before travel: Minimal or no cancellation fee (subject to supplier policy)
  • 7–15 days before travel: Partial refund after deduction of cancellation charges
  • Less than 7 days before travel: Limited or no refund
  • No-show or early departure: No refund
  • Note: Exact charges depend on third-party vendors and will be communicated at booking.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • The time for funds to reflect depends on the payment method and banking system
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only

5. Mode of Refund

  • Credit/Debit Card payments → refunded to the same card
  • UPI/Net Banking → refunded to the same account
  • Cash payments (if applicable) → refunded via bank transfer
  • Any required travel permits

6. Deductions

Refund amounts may be subject to deductions including:

  • Cancellation fees
  • Service charges
  • Payment gateway charges
  • Taxes already paid (as per GST rules in India)

7. GST and Tax Compliance

  • GST charged at the time of booking is non-refundable unless mandated under Indian tax laws
  • Any applicable tax adjustments will be processed in compliance with Indian GST regulations

8. Third-Party Services

  • Bennys DMC acts as an intermediary. Refunds for:
  • Flights
  • Hotels
  • Transport

are governed by the respective service provider’s policies. Delays or partial refunds may occur due to their terms.

9. Force Majeure

No refunds shall be applicable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Pandemics
  • Political unrest

However, we may assist in rescheduling or providing credits where possible.

10. Disputes

  • Any disputes regarding refunds shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India and governed by applicable Indian laws.
